Return Policy

You can return the items within 30 days from the Date of Delivery, unless otherwise stated below.

All issues in relation to the products must be written in email within the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service in Amazon email system as a true record, we will respond shortly. Verbal or voice message on the phone is not acceptable.

It is required to have a RMA (Return Merchandised Authorization) number on the outside of the returned package. Any returned items (defective or non-defective) without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender, Reecom will not be responsible for any lost shipments or other liabilities. The RMA can be requested by email through your buyer account in Amazon email system. 

Returned item must be received within 14 days of issuing RMA.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA number.
All returns must be in original packaging and including the gift box, user's manual, adapter and plastic bag.

Refunds:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the Delivery Date. 

Returned items must be New, Unopened and Unused, complete with original packaging, product manual, accessory and a photocopy of your sales receipt. 

Items returned for refund will be processed minus shipping and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. 

If the returned item is opened, non-defective, or unwanted, refund will be minus shipping and a restocking fee of 20% to 50% of the purchase price depending on the conditions of the returned item. 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
You will be credited minus return shipping charges and original shipping charges. If this is our error, we will pay for reshipping. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. 15% restocking fee is charged. 

Missing Item / Damaged Returns:
If you have received a damaged item or the package with missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Any report of such after 48 hours of Delivery will NOT be accepted. A replacement for damaged item will be shipped to you at no charge. Every damage claim is subject to inspection upon arrival. If the item was damaged due to abuse and/or misuse, not due to shipping handling, there will be no replacement. All shipping charges are buyer responsibilities. 

Defective Returns:
For the item being reported defective upon delivery, the returned item must be the ORIGINAL one we delivered (in NEW condition, no scratches) and must be complete with original packing, product manual / adapter. The item, user's manual and adapter must be enclosed in the original plastic bags. Every defective claim is subject to inspection and testing upon arrival. If the returned item is verified defective, it will be fully refunded.

The use of the AC-DC adapter is the sole responsibility of the customer and non-refundable whether it is defective / non-defective, no returns, no damage / defective claims will be accepted, no warranties No Exceptions.

Warranties:
Manufacturer warranty applies after 30 Days return period. Please click here for warranty service details.

The one (1) year warranty does not cover those merchandises NOT directly purchased from Reecom Electronics Inc.

The one (1) year warranty does not cover those being purchased in USED (second hand) conditions.

Warranty does not cover items such as AC-DC Adapter for the radios and built-in telescopic antenna.

The use of the AC-DC adapter and the telescopic Antenna is the sole responsibility of the customer and non-refundable whether it is defective / non-defective, no returns, no damage / defective claims will be accepted, no warranties No Exceptions.

Warranty does not cover items such as External Antenna (RA-1601) and Strobe flashing light (RA-1603).

Items such as External Antenna (RA-1601) and Strobe flashing light (RA-1603) are non-refundable once they are opened.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid sales receipt.
